Driven by the Group’s internationalization strategy, the major milestone for Johor Integrated Scheduled Waste Hub Project has been achieved.On July 16 , land clearing operations officially commenced. This critical step not only paves the way for subsequent main construction works but also marks a vital milestone for the owner’s project financing.
面對全新的海外法規環境與環評（EIA）、規劃許可（KM）等復雜的審批體系，項目團隊深入鉆研當地法規，提前進場協調外部咨詢單位，經過數月攻堅，成功打通了項目開工前最為關鍵的合規性通道，同時逐步厘清了馬來西亞市政項目灌溉與排水（JSP）、污水排放（IWK）、道路接入（JKR）、電力接入（TNB）、供水許可（RSAJ）等審批的全流程脈絡，顯著縮短了審批周期，為項目合法合規開工奠定了堅實基礎，贏得了寶貴時間。
Confronted with unfamiliar overseas regulatory frameworks and complex approval systems–including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Planning Permission (KM)–the project team conduct in-depth research into local regulations, and coordinating external consultants through early on-site engagement, the team overcame months of obstacles. They successfully navigated the critical compliance pathway essential for project commencement.
Concurrently, the team systematically mapped out the end-to-end approval processes governing key municipal project aspects in Malaysia, including:
? Irrigation and Drainage (Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran - JSP)
? Sewage Discharge (Indah Water Konsortium - IWK)
? Road Access (Jabatan Kerja Raya - JKR)
? Power Supply Access (Tenaga Nasional Berhad - TNB)
? Water Supply Approval (Ranhill SAJ - RSAJ)
This significantly shortened approval cycles and laid robust groundwork for lawful project initiation.
